1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://thinkquiz.in (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service independently. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow account creation for children under 13.

3. Accounts & Security

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials unless due to our gross negligence.

4. Service description & changes

ThinkQuiz provides quizzes, practice tests, leaderboards and related educational content. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time without liability.

5. User Content & License

"User Content" = any content you submit (e.g., leaderboard name). By submitting User Content you grant ThinkQuiz a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt and distribute that content to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use bots, scripts or automation to access or manipulate the Service.
• Impersonate others or submit false/infringing information.
• Attempt to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorized access to systems.
• Cheat, tamper with quizzes or leaderboard results.

7. Prizes, Rewards & Taxes (if applicable)

1. If prizes are offered, winners must comply with verification and provide KYC/identity documents when required.
2. We reserve the right to withhold prizes or disqualify entries for rule violations or suspected fraud.
3. Applicable taxes, including TDS, will be the responsibility of the winner and may be deducted as required by law.
4. Unclaimed prizes expire after 30 days unless otherwise specified.

8. Payments & Refunds (if applicable)

Paid features use third-party payment processors. We do not store raw card numbers. Refunds (if offered) will be processed per the refund policy published at the time of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service is owned or licensed by ThinkQuiz. You may not reproduce or use content except as permitted by these Terms or with our written permission.

10. Disclaimer — "AS IS"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that content is error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkQuiz and its affiliates' aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed INR 1000 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold ThinkQuiz harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspected fraud, or security concerns. Surviving provisions include IP, indemnity, limitation of liability, and governing law.

14. Copyright Infringement

To report copyright infringement, contact: [legal@thinkquiz.in] and provide a detailed notice including identification of copyrighted work, URL of infringing material, your contact info and a statement under penalty of perjury.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16. Changes to Terms

18. Grievance Redressal

In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, ThinkQuiz.in has appointed a Resident Grievance Officer. The officer will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and make best efforts to resolve them within 15 days.
